FSA e-Training / Coach Fundamentals
FSA e-Training is a FREE training program from the U.S. Department of Education. FSA Coach Fundamentals (formerly known as Introduction to Federal Student Aid), an online self-paced tutorial that introduces the concepts, processes, and systems that schools must utilize in administering the Federal Student Aid Programs.
To access the online FSA Coach Fundamentals course and receive information about the registration process, go to the Federal Student Aid E-Training website at https://fsatraining.ed.gov/.
- Log in using your username and password. If you do not have a username and password for Federal Student Aid E-Training, click on "Create new account" on the homepage and follow the instructions to create a username and password.
- After logging in, click on the Fundamentals Training Series box in the middle of the homepage.
- Click on the Let’s Get Started tab, the link in the first bullet, and the FSA Coach Fundamentals course.
